Speech Language Pathologist
Home Health Setting
Will travel between Mason and Thurston Counties

The facility provides a full spectrum of health care services for patients and the community. We are committed to achieving optimal health by constant improvement of the facility and our delivery of health care services.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech pathology services for home health patients with speech, language, cognitive and/or swallowing deficits
Patient services include assessment, treatment, analysis and documentation of patient performance and communication of diagnosis and recommendations with patient, family/caregiver, health care staff and
physician

Requirements for this job:
Masters degree in speech/language pathology from an accredited school
Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by American Speech and Hearing Association or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
Valid Washington State Driver's license along with an insured, reliable vehicle
CPR certification and Mantoux testing
Will be required to pass pre-employment drug test
