Speech Language Pathologist
Inpatient Rehab Facility

The facility provides a full spectrum of health care services for patients and the community. We are committed to achieving optimal health by constant improvement of the facility and our delivery of health care services.

Responsibilities:
Manages and provides skilled speech/language pathology to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Requirements for this job:
Masters degree in speech/language pathology from an accredited school
Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by American Speech and Hearing Association or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
Ability to administer standardized Speech/Language Pathology tests, follow treatment protocols and utilize departmental equipment
Ability to use Rehabilitation computerized documentation, billing and e-mail software programs
Will be required to pass pre-employment drug test
