Salary: up to $75,000 with experience

Responsibilities:
Works with sub-acute rehabilitation and long term populations
Responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans
Works cooperatively with physicians, case managers, OT, PT and assistants
This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's.
