Job Description

We are seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologist for Providence Health & Services Alaska.
We have an opening in our outpatient facility and Home Health facility in Anchorage.
We are looking for individuals that have a minimum of 2-5 years experience and have their CCC's. Hospital and outpatient experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
Education: Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology required.

Licensure/Certification: Must be eligible to obtain license to practice Speech Pathology in the State of Alaska by time of hire.
