Physical Therapist
Outpatient Ortho and exercise based therapy
Monthly incentive bonus which is not based on numbers, but quality of care
M-F 9-6 pm No Weekends
Will have float to other clinics when needed (reimbursed for mileage)
This facility provide the highest level of health care to patient suffering from musculoskeletal injuries.
Salary range is $70,000 - 80,000 per year
$5,000 Sign on Bonus
Responsibilities:
Plan and administer Physical Therapy treatment programs to patients/residents

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Must have 6 months experience
