1. Must have graduated from an accredited school and current licensure in the state as a Physical Therapist (PT).
2. Must have current CPR certification
3. Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
4. Provide skilled physical services in accordance with physician orders.
5. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
6. Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
7. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
