Physical Therapist
Inpatient Facility

This facility has five levels of rehabilitation which includes inpatient, outpatient, day hospital, subacute, and vocational rehabilitation that provides patients with a full spectrum of specialty care as they improve and progress to the next level of treatment.

Responsibilities:
Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment plans in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility

Requirements for this job:
Obtain and possess a current state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program for physical therapy
