Physical Therapist

We are an independent, non-profit, acute care facility that prides itself on putting the patient first and providing award-winning care.

Responsible for the evaluation and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.

Education - Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or approved international equivalency with at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Continue to receive 2.0 continuing education units every 2 years.

Experience - Entry level accepted. Experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure - Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Med Licensure & Supervision for the Practice of PT.

M-F 8a - 5p, Occasional weekend

The hospital is easily accessible from I-44 and is located in the heart of Southwest Oklahoma. We have 263 licensed beds, employs close to 2,000 people on a full-time or part-time basis, credentials 2500 physicians and enjoys the benefit of approximately 100 volunteers.

The Hospital is governed by a 5 member Board of Trustees,and while independent, the Hospital collaborates extensively with Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation, Integris Health and other area facilities to provide patient focused state-of-the-art care and treatment.

The Hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and the Council on Accrediting Rehabilitation Facilities
