Our center is located in a brand new, state-of-the art facility. This building is easily accessible and offers a continuum of services based on a patient's rehabilitation needs. Our rehab department boasts of a brand new Aquatic Therapy Facility as well as state of the art ceiling mounted lifts, and electronic charting. Excellent team environment.

Primary Duties
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the treatment of problems interfering with functional performance through a physician's referral evaluations and assessment. The goal is to optimize physical functions through therapeutic exercise, pain management, adaptive equipment and education. Patient population includes all age groups and these general diagnostic groups orthopedic, neurologic, medical, wound care and industrial medicine.

Shift
Shift 1, 8a to 5p, 80 hrs pp

Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program or approved international equivalency. Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision for the practice of Physical Therapy. Lifting and carrying supplies is required and assisting patients who are physically impaired or handicapped. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds most of the shift (approximately 25 times a day).

Competitive Salary based on experience with merit based increases.
