Job Description

Physical Therapy
Outpatient Facility

This facility center is a modern and progressive organization that includes two hospitals, two long-term care facilities, a retirement community, advanced wellness center, home healthcare company and seven physician practices. Also able to obtain state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technology, allowing us to provide the best care available right here in our community.

Responsibilities:
Evaluates, establishes, performs and directs a treatment plan and plans for discharge and follow-up
Supervises physical therapist assistants, physical therapy aides, students and volunteers
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Through knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurologic and orthopaedic disorders
Through knowledge of departmental policies and procedures
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to apply principles of life span growth to assess and interpret patient status
and provide age appropriate care based on the patient's special needs
