Physical Therapist
Skilled Nursing Facility

Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance Available!

Will manage a staff of 12 and also treat patients. Caseload is between 35-40 patients with the majority being MCA's and about 10 of them being MCB's and outpatient. Preder some management or leadership experience in any rehab setting.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate a resident's condition, develop a treatment plan and help residents get better
Instruct the nursing staff and the resident's families on follow-through programs that build on the progress

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
