Job Description

Physical Therapist
Day Shift with Weekend Rotation
Inpatient Facility

Medical facility emphasizing preventative healthcare, commitment to wellness and personalized care. Providing the most current diagnostic equipment and treatment methodology available.

Responsibilities:
Develops and administers a plan of treatment for inpatients/outpatients upon physician referral
Evaluation and development progression of patient care program
Must delegate and administer appropriate duties to the Physical Therapy staff
Provides supervision and educational instruction to Rehab staff

Requirements for this job:
Current license within practicing state
Graduate of an approved therapy program
Minimum one year experience preferred
CPR Certification
