Responsibilities:
Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as prescribed by a
referring practitioner/physician.
Establishes goals of physical therapy and re-assesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate
documentation.
