This facility provides skilled nursing services to patients who have recently suffered catastrophic illnesses or injuries and require an extended stay in an acute care environment. Responsibilities:
Provide Physical Rehab Therapy Services to assigned patients

Requirements for this job:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice
