Physical Therapy
Outpatient Facility
Will travel between both facilities Edina, MN & Coon Rapids, MN)

This facility is the best provider of treatment for chronic neck and back pain. We continually strive for excellence, measuring our success daily with each patient that we see.

Responsibilities:
Implements physical therapy programs and treatments
Directs client activities and participation in selected tasks
Facilitates skills and functions for adaption and productivity

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
