Job Description

Job Title: PT - Home Health (PERM)
Unit: Home Health

Graduate from an approved PT program. Minimum of 6 months clinical experience required. Must have current Maine drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of current agency acceptable motor vehicle liability insurance required.
