Physical Therapist
Skilled Nursing/Geriatrics Facility
Salary: up to $80,000
Responsibilities:
Will be working on a combined skilled nursing and long care unit
Plan and provide physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatients of all ages
Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to support quality patient care
This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's

Requirements for this job:
Graduate of an American Medical Association / American Physical Therapy approved curriculum in Physical Therapy
Prefer one to two years experience
Current state Physical Therapist license within the state of practice
