Job Description
Evaluates, and regularly reevaluates, the rehabilitation needs of the patient; initiates , develops, implements and makes necessary revisions of the patient’s plan of care. Assesses the client’s continual care needs. Sits as a members of the interdisciplinary team at weekly case conferences. Provides direct patient care and provides PTA oversight.
