Salary: up to $80,000

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.
Functions under physicians orders.
Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, policies and procedures and state regulations.
Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides
This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's

Requirements for this job:
Graduate from an accredited therapy program
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapist
