We are seeking a Part time Licensed Physical Therapist for our Medical Services Department.

The primary purpose of this position is to perform utilization management of rehabilitation services and to manage the credentialing of network therapy providers.

EDUCATION:
• Professional degree in Physical Therapy from Accredited College or University required.
• Additional post graduate degree in same or related field a plus.
• Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapy license required.

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum five years of patient care. Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience with Program development is preferred.
• Advanced training or certification in health care or quality management, case management, performance improvement, data analysis, and quality initiatives also preferred. Credentials meet ASH credentialing criteria.
