The clinic's highly skilled and caring staff are experts in their field, providing a hands-on approach to rehabilitation. ABOUT THE CLINICS
Exciting opportunities available at our premier outpatient physical therapy centers.
Our therapists enjoy a reasonable workload with an average of 10 to 12 patients per day in a supportive and team oriented environment. We schedule new evaluations for one hour and follow-up patients for 30 minutes. Trained support staff assists with patient treatments.
We utilize 5 functional outcome tools (Oswestry Low Back Pain Questionnaire, Neck Disability Index, Shoulder Pain and Disability Index, Lysholm Knee Questionnaire, and the Dash). We perform "in house" research among clinics.
We have on-site clinical education classes and mentoring as well as system educational opportunities, all free for our employees.
We have excellent relationships with area physicians and other specialists who present lectures annually.
We have numerous contracts with physical therapy schools for student affiliations and opportunities available for teaching. All centers have APTA credentialed clinical instructors.
We have several specialty programs – sports medicine, orthotic evaluation and prescription, aquatic therapy, ergonomics, lymphedema, post-rehab fitness assessments, hand therapy, and at selected sites: neuro-rehab (NDT) certified therapists, and vestibular rehab.

We pay short-term disability upon hire. Long-term disability provided to full-time employees after 1 year of service.
403(b)/401(k) plans available immediately for employee participation. The 401(k) match begins after 1 year of service. We match the first 3% of your salary, dollar for dollar and the second 3% at 50cents, for a total match of 4.5% of the employee's salary.
