Physical Therapist
Long Term Care Facility

The facility provides a full spectrum of health care services for patients and the community. We are committed to achieving optimal health by constant improvement of the facility and our delivery of health care services.

Responsibilities:
Provide medical prescribed physical therapy services
Provide physical therapy services to assigned patients using the established Physical Therapy theory and skills established by the policies/procedures and standards of care of the facility
Perform duties in a manner that supports the facility's core values

Requirements for this job:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of therapy
Current state license within the state of practice
One year experience in long term care preferred
BLS/CPR Certification required upon hire
