Physical Therapist
Outpatient Rehab Facility

Responsibilities:
Administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Post-Graduate acute care experience
