This facility provides Alzheimer's, in-home nursing care and rehabilitation and a number of other specialty services. More than 200 locations nationwide for your convenience.

Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans and provide high quality physical therapy services to residents

Requirements for this job:
Graduate from an accredited therapy program for Physical Therapy Assistant
Current license within the state of practice
