Outpatient Facility

This facility is the nation's foremost provider in the musculoskeletal outpatient rehabilitation industry, with more than 700 points of service in 34 states. Our service lines include outpatient therapy, orthotics and prosthetics, and industrial rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist
Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out prescribed treatment program

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
CPR certification
First Aid certification preferred
