This rehabilitation center is a leading provider of physical rehabilitation program management services in about 1,250 hospitals, nursing homes and other long-term care facilities throughout the United States. We provide a clinically integrated continuum of post acute care resulting in people regaining their lives.

Responsibilities:
Provide the highest quality of rehabilitation services including assessment, treatment planning, & therapeutic interventions
Conduct patient and family education
Contribute to program development, quality improvement and productivity enhancement activities.

Requirements for this job:
Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university
Current license or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant per state requirements
Experience with adult or geriatric population is preferred
