Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation and therapeutic services to patients with perceptual motor, cognitive, physical, social, and behavioral deficits
Develop treatment plan appropriate to the individual's condition and age
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and write diagnostic and therapeutic progress reports
Attend patient care conferences and present in-service education programs to professional staff and family members/community

Requirements for this job:
Graduate from an accredited therapy program
Current license within the state of practice
National Board Certification or eligible
CPR Certification required
