Responsibilities:
Collaborates with case manager to provide discipline specific care
Cooperates in and completes the full range of care and documentation responsibilities associated with the discipline
Demonstrates efficient and effective use of available resources
Understands and assures regulatory compliance issues
Collects and documents outcome data
Participates in Quality Improvement measures to improve outcomes
Provides education to patients, families and personnel
Participates in discharge planning activities

Requirements for this job:
Graduate from an accredited therapy program
Current license within the state of practice
Minimum one year clinical experience
Current neonatal registration
Valid drivers license, use of car and proof of auto insurance required
CPR Certification required
