This outpatient facility provides a wide range of rehabilitation programs. With more than 38 locations throughout the United States, there are exciting growth opportunities for highly dedicated individuals ready to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Plan and administer individualized treatment programs after evaluating the patients in outpatient setting. Exercise judgment in interpreting test results to plan and adjust treatment.

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
