Job Description

Occupational Therapy (7am-3:30pm)
Outpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care by utilizing appropriate knowledge and skills in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
Evaluation of all assigned patients, the development of a patient centered treatment plan, administration and implementation of the treatment
program.
Responsible for the health and safety of all patients in his or her care.
Supervise assistants, aids, students, volunteers or other supportive personnel.

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of Accredited School in Occupational Therapy Program
