Assess, evaluate, develop and administer treatment plans

Requirements for this job:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Experience in multiple settings preferred (acute, LTC, outpatient)
Current state license in Occupational Therapy within the state of practice
National certification by NBCOT
CPR and AED required
