Responsibilities:
Provides occupational therapy services to patients
Assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, communication with other disciplines and services and staff supervision
Provides age appropriate care

Requirements for this job:
Graduate from an accredited therapy program
Current license in practicing state
NBCOT examination passed
Professional competency as a general practitioner as defined by the American Occupational Therapy Association
