Inpatient Facility / 320 beds

Responsibilities:
Prepare clinical documentation (i.e., evaluation results, treatment plan, patient progress notes and discharge summary)
Demonstrate clinical skills to treat patients
Demonstrates desirable work habits, professional and promotes personal growth in the work environment
Assures quality care through compliance with guidelines of the department, associations, professional and regulatory agencies
Function as a team member and support the operation of the department
Demonstrates an understanding and is sensitive to the needs of patients (varying in age)

Requirements for this job:
Bachelor or Master of Science in Occupational Therapy
Current Occupational Therapist license within the state of practice
Current CPR certification
