Responsibilities:
Provide medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment and assessment programs

Requirements for this job:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current state license in practicing state
Current (or able to qualify for) certification
Preferred background in outpatient care and experience in PCE/Work Hardening
