We are seeking a Fulltime Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include the development, administration, and implementation of OT treatment programs for inpatients/outpatients and injured workers including patients in the skilled nursing facility. Responsible for appropriate documentation. Supervises supportive OT personnel. Serve as a liaison upon discharge.
Since opening its doors the Medical Center has provided for the healthcare needs of Northwest Oklahoma, being the first to offer services such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging, CT, Nuclear Medicine, ICU, Cardiac Catheterization, Comprehensive Neurological Services, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Wound Care/Hyperbarics and Special Care Nursery.
Licensure/certification/education: Degree in Occupational Therapy required. Eligible for or holds current Occupational Therapist licensure to practice in the State of Oklahoma required. BLS certification required.

Experience required: Previous experience preferred.

Special qualifications: Good written and verbal communication skills. Typing and basic computer skills preferred.

We are located in Enid, Oklahoma, approximately 80 miles north of Oklahoma City, 120 miles west of Tulsa and 130 miles south of Wichita. The medical center's service area consists of 10 counties bounded by Kansas to the north and central Oklahoma to the south and east. The primary service area consists of Garfield County. The secondary service area is comprised of the remaining nine counties (Alfalfa, Blaine, Grant, Kay, Kingfisher, Major, Noble, Woods and Woodward). The campus includes a healthcare facility, consisting of 245 licensed acute care beds, 20 bassinets and a Healthplex providing industrial medicine.
