Help patients achieve maximum level of functioning and act as a clinical instructor
Perform patient care by assessing patient's physical and functional abilities
Establish and carry out plan of care including: patient/family instruction, discharge planning, documentation and
communications with physicians and other staff members

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Bachelor's of Science from an accredited therapy program
CPR Certification
