Outpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Provides vision and leadership in rehabilitation services
Establishes standards of practice which meet the needs and exceed the expectations of patients or residents, their families, employers
and physicians
Directs and coordinates staff education, performance improvement, student education

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited therapy program
Current CPR certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA) is required
