Assume the responsibility and accountability for occupational therapy services
Provide services under a physician's request or order
Interpret policies and procedures with residents, family members and other staff
Develop and carry out treatment plans
Assure quality of care and correct any deficiencies
Complete and maintain all written documentation

Requirements for this job:
Current Occupational Therapist state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
