This facility is a leading provider of health care with many facilities throughout the country providing services in several different settings such as specialty hospitals, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, nursing homes, assisted living and senior care centers.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop a specialized treatment plan to help him/her achieve as much as possible in regaining his/her well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
