This rehabilitation center provide a wide variety of services for the rehabilitation of our patients, ranging in age from pediatrics to geriatrics, with disabilities, injuries and diseases. Our innovative approach to quality long-term care has earned us the respect for our community, facilities and individuals we serve.

Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluation as ordered by physicians, established goals, implement therapy and assess progress towards those goals
Train and supervise assistants
Provide appropriate staff and family education

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
