This facility provides Alzheimer's, in-home nursing care and rehabilitation and a number of other specialty services. More than 200 locations nationwide for your convenience.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop a specialized treatment plan to help him/her achieve as much as possible in regaining his/her well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
