Occupational Therapist
Will float between four facilities
Inpatient Facility

This facility is part of a family of hospitals, clinics and other care services dedicated to providing lifelong healthcare needs of communities throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Delivering exceptional health care as we prevent illness, restore health and provide comfort to all who entrust us with their care.

Responsibilities:
Patient evaluation, treatment planning, discharge preparation and patient/family education
Areas of assignment to include acute care, comprehensive inpatient rehab and outpatient rehab

Requirements for this job:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an approved school
Current license within the state of practice
1-2 years experience
