Occupational Therapist - Lead Clinician
Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Evaluates, directs, plans, and provide treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of
functional independence
Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department
and regulatory agencies
Acts as a clinical resource to inter and intra departmental personnel

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in area of major
Excellent communication skills
Ability to comprehend and write the English language
Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met
3-4 years of clinical experience
