Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement and supervise patient treatment
Provide education and home adaptations to patients and others
Able to work in different setting types (Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient, Neonatal to Three Years Age Group and Schools)

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
AOTA Registered or registry eligible
