Job Description

This position is accountable for day to day management of the activities of the Rehabilitation Department to assure proper utilization of available resources and continuous quality improvement. The director will be responsible for overseeing the development of the Rehabilitation Department, the coordination of the therapy services adn the integration of departments. For each dollar contributed (up to 6% of pay) Employer match of $.50 (up to 3% of pay) Match begins after 12 months of service REQUIREMENTS Educational Requirements Bachelor Degreee Current State Licensed PT, OT, or SLP Physical Demands: Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Walking, standing, bending, stooping and sitting for extended periods. Full use of gross and fine motor skills of upper extremities. Good verbal and written communication skills.
