Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

The facility provides a full spectrum of health care services for patients and the community. We are committed to achieving optimal health by constant improvement of the facility and our delivery of health care services.

Responsibilities:
Provide medically prescribed therapy services in patient's homes, using professionally accepted Occupational Therapy theory and skills, under the care of the Occupational Therapist.

Requirements for this job:
Associates degree as Occupational Therapy Assistant
Two years therapy experience with adult physical disabilities required
Prefer One year therapy experience in home care or in related rehabilitation setting preferred
Current Washington State driver's license and have access to daily use of an insured reliable vehicle or an alternate ability to travel to sites as required
Prefer experience with the geriatric population.
Will be required to pass pre-employment drug test
