Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Acute Rehab Facility

This facility provide a wide range of care to our residents such as Alzheimer's, in-home nursing, and rehabilitation care and a number of specialty services. We also have more than 200 facilities throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:
Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of performance and provide plan of care
Perform evaluations and assessments, administer treatments and screenings, and document services

Current or pending state license in practicing state
