Job Description

120 bed facility Looking for a Dynamic OT to add to the team. We have a huge therapy gym, approx. 1500 sq ft, with separate offices for all 3 disciplines. We provide modalities, such as, ACP equipment( estim, diathermy, US), Vital Stim, (Login for information), and ongoing training within facility with equipment and rehab funtional training.

We have 2 full time RPT’s, one who is bilingual in Spanish, and together have over 15 yrs experience. The one RPT with 9 yrs experience, demonstrates excellent skill levels with wounds and postioning/splinting of pts. 2 full time PTA’s, one has been here for 12 yrs and recently promoted to DOR position. We have a full time OTR and COTA with 9 yrs experience. We have a full time SLP, who excells in cognition skill tx. Most of the staff from therapy to nursing to office administration has been here numerous years, which says a lot in itself. We do exceptional in our yearly state surveys and have constantly rated within the 4-5 star ratings within the state. We have constant returnees to our facility and a great reputation among the elderly in the area as the place to go, esp for rehab.
