Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Inpatient Facility

The facility provides a full spectrum of health care services for patients and the community. We are committed to achieving optimal health by constant improvement of the facility and our delivery of health care services.

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist, provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs
Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential

Requirements for this job:
Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current registration and license as a COTA in the State of Oregon
Will be required to pass pre-employment drug test
