Job Description

(login to see company) is in need of an Ortho Outpatient Physical therapist to work on a PRN bases in Grants Pass, Medford and Salem Oregon. This position will be 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.

Requirements:
-Current Oregon Physical Therapy License
-Outpatient experience (1+ years)
-The ability to work in Grants Pass, Medford and Salem during the 7 weeks
